Amy mom and I both have iPhones. When I text her, it doesn’t show on her locked screen, it doesn’t alert her at all, but when she gets by into her phone, the text is there. I tried every setting. As we were just sitting here my mother in law texted her and it dinged and came up on the locked screen. It seems to just be my texts. What’s going on?

The first thing I would check is to see if she has a Focus setting which is allowing notifications of some people's messages to be shown and not others. If so, your name is probably in the latter category.
