I've paid for the movie, the rental fee has been taken from my PayPal account, the movie took about 20 minutes to download. It shows on my iPad screen but not in my Library. The movie wont play.

‘Rentals’ should be a category option in the sidebar under Library, separate from ‘Movies’.
If you choose to download this title (optional) on this device, then it would also be listed in ‘Downloaded’.

Can you search for the movie? Maybe it’s in the wrong folder or something similar. Is that a screenshot of your iPad? Check your downloaded folder or your library.
