Why is my Compass app randomly spinning on the Apple Watch Ultra 1?

Hi, i just bought an aw ultra 1, and the pointer in compass app random spinning, am not moving at all but compass go crazy, it’s still moving, from zero to 10° to 20°, dunno what to do, the band is the alpine type, without magnets
