I recently got iphone 13 pro max replacement unit for my old iphone 13 pro max.

i was wondering could i get an upgraded device as a replacement unit? Or replacement unit has to be same as your old device ?

Replacement units will be identical to the unit you returned. Color, memory, model, all the same.

The replacement unit has to be the same model iPhone as your old device.
