Getting a new password for apple ID

while I’m contacting you via this Apple ID it is another that I need to speak to you about.

In the last week or two, I set up a new id for work and need help logging in as I have forgotten the password and it’s linking to the phone number of the first phone I was given but no longer have.

can you help me to realign it please? 🙏
