iPhone 12 not receiving security codes, after update to iOS 17.7. Can't access my bank, etc. Can anyone help?

Thanks for your help. For me, the issue was resolved by


Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.


Then after you have to reset Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.
