Thanks for your help. For me, the issue was resolved by
Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Then after you have to reset Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.

Yes, your phone carrier can help, codes are sent via SMS which is their feature.
