iPhone 13 promax green screen

My iphone 13 pro max screen starting flickering after ios update to 18.0.1. couples of days back. Today the screen got completely green and I was unable able to use the phone. After talking to Apple customer support I had to do update and restore. After restoring, my screen came back but I lost all my data. Now I am scared to use the phone fearing that it might again turn green.

I just wanted to know whether the phone will be ok now or the problem still persist and my screen can turn green or flicker again.
