Apple Pay in previous cards won’t let me add it

I am trying to get get Apple Pay out of previous cards I don’t know how it got there but when I click next to I guess add it it gives me this error I have tried everything. Can some one please help me. Thank you so much

Yes that s exactly the same thing I am experiencing. Im so glad im not the only one having this problem.
