Unable to restore my Apps after iPhone repair.
After Apple replaced parts in my phone, and going through the reinstall process, my apps did not return. Any advice?

Getting Apps After Service:
Are these all from the App Store? If so, see if you can download them, once more. As for getting this serviced, you should create a backup, prior to bringing it in for service, as instructed here: Prepare your iPhone or iPad for Service - Apple Support
Contact the Developer:
If not from the App Store, then contact the Developer, requesting an new download, due to a failed service.
