Bug in MacOS Sequoia 15.0.1 Music app

The small icon indicating which track is playing is malfunctioning. See screen shot. It looks like two tracks are playing. Sometimes there is no icon at all by the track being played. I am not subscribing to Apple Music. The tracks are all on my hard drive and in the app, not the cloud.
