Good morning, the phone shows me that I used the iPhone for 7 hours during the night (which is not true). The same thing happened to me from the iPad with the "calendar" app. Did it happen to you too? How to solve it?

Anything that runs in the background can show up in that list since, as with Calendar, it can be checking for updates 24 hours a day. My iPhone shows that there was activity all night long, though some of that was due to Standby Mode.
So I think that what you're seeing is perfectly normal and nothing to be concerned about.

Any app that is open and that receives notifications, syncs, or receives data updates will run whether you are actively using the app or not. The Calendar app will run to check for updates at the same time mail checks for updates.
WhatsApp runs whether you are actively using your iPhone or not. It still receives updates as long as it is logged on. So you did use your phone overnight.
Hi Lawrence, thank you very much for the answer. But it happened to me only one day with whatsapp, this thing is happening to me frequently also with other apps (for example the calendar app that is open 24h/24)
