Why does Safety Check say “Stop sharing in “Home” directly.” when I am not?

My iPhone is an individual personal phone, not a business phone. It isn’t part if an MDM.

I cannot stop doing some I am not doing.

I didn’t create a “Home”. However, Safety Checks are cannot be completed due to the error message stating that I should “stop sharing in Home directly.” This is worrying me as I have no idea what Apple believes I am sharing!? I would like to know what it is that’s being shared.

I went in the app and it’s the welcoming page inviting me to start using the app. There is no “Home” created.

The Agents aren’t able to explain it after having had me delete and re-download the app.

This unhelpful error message is potentially a Personal Information leak and certainly a SAFETY issue since I need to “stop sharing” information being shared from my household which I am not given the means to identify…

Will someone at Apple care enough to explain why some users who didn’t create a “Home” in the app are perfectly able to perform a Safety Check while others who also haven’t are unable to?

And since it’s a personal account, why is the error message made to lack the transparency needed for the user to remedy the situation??

iPhone 15, iOS 18
