Can't get refund for returned iPhone 16 Pro Max

Hi

I preordered 5 iphone 16 pro max for my family members.

Since it was saying that my phones will be delivered between October 2nd-7th I ordered them to New Jersey where I stayed 2 weeks as a holiday with my family in October.

But my orders were delivered 10 days earlier and I wasn't able to pick them up since I'm living in Washington State. And I tried to cancel my orders and an apple specialist said that my orders were canceled and I will get a full refund in 5 days after my phones go back to an apple center for the returns.

Its been a few weeks and my phones haven't return to apple center yet so I couldn't receive my refund yet. And today I saw that one of my phones is marked as delivered even though its not. And I cant reach to apple specialist by online chat and I'm not able to call them right now

I will add two pictures about my situation, If needed I can provide the return and order numbers.
