iPhone 16 Pro max case search

I am a nurse that works an a neurology floor trying to find a case for work that will decrease transmission of disease particulates. Anyone know of any options open to general public? So far all I found were ones that sell only to companies and corporations.

Apple Care Coverage Service Fees Have a iPhone 14 Pro with valid Apple Care. Phone won’t charge with 90% of cables. Probable issue with the lightening port. Contact Apple, first person I talk to states there is a service fee. Doesn’t make sense to me as it’s a hardware issue and not accidental damage. They refer me to a supervisor. Supervisor goes through everything and states they will do the exchange, no fees. Perfect. To complete the process, I need to turn off Find My. Need to turn of the stolen protection and wait an hour. Told to call back when Find My is turned off. Call back and told there is absolutely a service fee and I never should have been told over wise. Ask to speak to a supervisor and told they were a senior advisor and they know what they are talking about. Super frustrated. Anyone else have any experience with this? Apple Care specifically says hardware issues covered at no cost.
