Library sync won't turn on Iphone 12 Pro

I got my one month trial (Apple One) and I'm trying to use for the FIRST time Apple Music. It is asking me to use the sync library option on settings tab. Trying to do this, when I toggle sync lybrary it will show a message saying that in order to use my Apple Music subscription I have to enable library sync and it goes back and disable it (This happens E V E R Y TIME) which is so annoying.

I already tried to: sign out and sign in back, doing a reset on my phone, turning off my phone then waiting at least 30 seconds, using mobile data, wifi (5G), NOTHING WORKS and I can't add playlists or just add songs to my library if I don't do this so basically I can't use my Apple Music subscription.
