Can someone explain whats going on here?

Not without better context:

  • What symptoms cause you to run the above report?
  • Does the problem happen with only certain apps?
  • Is this a new issue or did it exist before iOS18?

Remember we are end users like you, not Apple, and have no way to see or remotely access your phone for diagnostics. In this forum setting, we rely 100% on information you provide.

I've asked the moderators to move this to the iPhone forums. It was originally posted in the "Using the Communities" section, which for asking how to use the forums. It get few fews from the iPhone gurus.

Make sure you have changed your Apple ID Password and Passcode on your device. With that information, someone can set up another phone with the same information as yours or just sign into your iCloud account online. It will not give them remote access to your device, but they can change data on iCloud that would be reflected on your device.

You can also run Safety Check to:

  • Review information you are sharing to others
  • Review devices signed into your account
  • Review Trusted Phone number on your account

You do need to make sure your account is secured, but remote access to your iPhone is not something you neeed to worry about.

thanks for your reply mate.
A lot is going on lately. I really believe that my phone is compromised and someone maybe has a clone of my phone. I just can’t figure out the main cause and i really need some help. Ive tried factory reset several times also dfu reset but none of them seems working out actually.

Nope. that’s not happening. Why don’t you try actually explaining the symptoms you’re experiencing that make you think this might be true?
