Can you delete Focus?

Before setting up Focus my phone worked fine, but now when I turn off ‘Do Not Disturb’ my wallpaper changes. If I change my wallpaper back to the correct one, ‘Do Not Disturb’ turns back on!

I’ve messed with this for over an hour. Even setting the ‘Do Not Disturb’ hours to the middle of the night doesn’t fix the problem at 11AM.

I want to delete Focus or un-set-it-up.
