My Apple Watch SE keeps asking me to input my Apple ID password, but it contains a special character and I cannot figure out how to input it. I have tried everything I can think of. Keyboard input is not available on Apple Watch SE.

Try going to your iPhone settings / Apple account / sign in and doing it there. Perhaps the notifications will stop
Can't edit my comment. I unpaired my watch and re-paired it and restored it from a backup. Time will tell if the issue persists.
This problem started early last week. In the interim, I had to have my phone repaired which required erasing all the data. So I had to restore the phone and sign in to my Apple Account again as well. The notifications have returned. I guess my next step is to factory-reset my watch and start over, which is a PITA.

Nope, it only shows up on my watch; nothing appears on my iPhone.
Restarted my watch and phone. The notification just popped up again on my watch; there is nothing anywhere on my phone.
