Don’t use heat. Use a solvent (acetone).

Sadly, the iPhone SE 2nd gen doesn’t have a manual
Which means that Apple didn't intend for SE 2 owners to attempt self service repairs on that phone. You can't have purchased an authentic Apple back glass for your phone as Apple doesn't sell parts to anyone but true Authorized Service Providers and of course Apple Stores. If you mess this up, Apple won't touch the phone to help you out. This could wind up being a very expensive proposition for you.
Start here and see what the manual says Self Service Repair - Apple Support
I would look at some of the other Self Service Repair manuals, and see if they aren't pretty much the same as far as the heating goes.
The ONLY way you could have purchase an OEM back glass for your phone on Amazon, would be for it to be used. Amazon, nor it's sellers have access to authentic Apple parts.
I get what you're trying to do and maybe you won't mess up your phone. At least I hope you won't. But if you do mess up your phone, you'll have wasted your time and the cost of the back glass and you'll be buying a new phone. And if you do this, your phone will be ineligible for trade in to Apple.
Just saying........

Apple charges $250 for repair of back glass, but my phone is very old and I am considering upgrading so I don’t care if I ruin it. I bought an oem back glass on amazon
I already replaced the battery. I’m sure apple will not fix it already
