How to report a lost package

UPS has indicated that the package with my phone was scanned out for delivery yesterday. I still haven’t received it. UPS says only Apple can open an investigation. How do I do this?

UPS lost my package I bought a phone on apple and UPS tracking showed as "stuck" I went to the location and they said the package is lost and that I should speak with apple. I have no means of taking to them on the phone since im with an international phone with no calls to US. I don't find any emails on apple to make a claim and im starting to get desperate. It's unacceptable how nobody contacts you about this and they make it super hard to file a claim. Please help me, it's a lot of money and I need this phone asap.

Did UPS lose my iPhone 16? Apparently my phone was sent this morning…but when I check the tracking status on the UPS site, it says label created, UPS has not received package yet…..the tracking status hasn’t changed since. Did UPS take my package? Can the phone be traced or at least can tell if someone else activated it? I’m hoping it just comes tomorrow and maybe I’m worrying for nothing….

How can I contact Apple about a missing shipment? On Dec 8, bought an Ipad at apple.com in Brazil and was expecting to receive it Dec. 11. Much to my deception, what arrived was a piece of wood in a box with all the paperwork for the Ipad which I paid for. Apple contact numbers on Brazil do not answer!!!! [Edited by Moderator]
