Billie Eilish is Apple Music’s Artist of the Year for 2024. Learn more >

Large parts of the iTunes Store in Apple Music are empty.

Looking for new music, whether it's on the store homepage like New Releases or Pre-orders or directly via an artist page, doesn't show any albums, songs, etc. I've tried resetting the store cache, signing out/in, restarting the app, computer, etc. but nothing works. This has been happening for about at week on my Windows 11 maching; the iTunes Store app on my iPhone works fine. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

I have the exact same problem and just spoke with Apple tech support. I provided a link to this Community post showing the problem affects multiple people, and provided screenshots showing the issue. We went through troubleshooting steps but were unable to resolve the problem. The 2nd-level tech I talked to seemed to agree it looked like a bug that needed to be fixed.

My hypothesis is that the annual major Windows update started rolling out in October and there is now some conflict between it and the Apple Music iTunes Store component that displays the individual songs an albums--but that's purely based on the timing and I've got no other direct evidence to confirm this. In any event, I hope it is able to be "fixed in the next release".
