so I was wondering if it is possible to tap onto the screen sharing feature by accident and use it without noticing.
I have never screen shared with any device before and found out about it yesterday.
Now I wonder if could have clicked on it before by accident and activated it.
Is that possible or realistic?

My answer assumed that you had already logged onto the phone by entering the passcode. There is no way to "accidentally" enter a passcode, if that is what you are asking.
