Bluetooth issue on my MacBook Pro 2015

I am reaching out regarding a persistent Bluetooth issue on my MacBook Pro 2015. My Wi-Fi functions normally, but Bluetooth is entirely non-functional. I’ve tried all recommended troubleshooting steps, including:

  1. Resetting NVRAM/PRAM and SMC
  2. Resetting the Bluetooth module
  3. Reinstalling the macOS system
  4. Additional troubleshooting from Apple Support and tech blogs

Unfortunately, none of these efforts have resolved the problem. Given that my Wi-Fi works, it seems the issue may stem from a specific hardware failure affecting the Bluetooth module, even though Wi-Fi and Bluetooth share the same chip.

Could you please advise on repair or replacement options for this issue? I’d also appreciate any guidance on additional steps I might take to verify the hardware fault.

In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment

Make an appointment for a "hardware issue"
