Why can't I change my Apple TV profile picture?
so me and my aunt share an apple tv acc on my tv i have the app so she can change her pfp but i cant can someone tell me what to do

Each user profile has its own Apple Account. If a prospect sharing user doesn’t have such an account yet, then they can create one. How to create a new Apple Account - Apple Support

To share such a subscription as Apple TV+ between 2–6 users, these users have to create a ‘Family Sharing’ group. One of the group members that has an Apple device (iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac), would take on the role of ‘organizer’, and should set up the group (make invites) on their own Apple device. Unfortunately, this is not supported without the mentioned Apple devices. The organizer sends out invites to each user by their Apple Account. Once the recipient accepts that, they are part of the group and then sharable subscriptions are shared immediately.

What types of content can I share with my family? - Apple Support. Notably rented movies cannot be shared between accounts; only watchable on the account that made the purchase.
The option for purchase sharing is not needed to share subscriptions; only for buy-items, like Store movies. This setting also has consequences for who pays for Apple purchases for digital goods and services, for all of the group members.
