I can’t seem to update/change my profile pic on Apple TV. Not sure how my wife’s pic got there, but somehow that’s my profile pic. No, she doesn't have an Apple TV account. I’ve signed out & signed back in and still nothing. Changed my passwords and all. Nothing. I changed my profile pic on my Apple ID hoping that would do something but nothing. Please help.

To change the profile picture for an Apple Account (without using iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac),
you may go to www.icloud.com then Sign In, go to Settings, then Change Apple Account Photo.
Apple Accounts can have 1 identifying picture each. Only Apple Accounts can be profiles for the Apple TV app. If you want a separate profile for your wife, then she should create her own Apple Account. How to create a new Apple Account - Apple Support. Note that sharing an Apple TV+ subscription in a Family Sharing group, requires that the organizer set this up on his/her/their own Apple device (iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac). So at least one of these devices should be owned per group. You can’t set up Family Sharing when none of the group members have Apple devices.
