I’ve been HACKED!!!

Recently, I was hacked when I spoke with someone who I met on a dating site. They sent me a picture on telegram, and like an idiot, I downloaded it. Now, they OWN my whole life. Somehow, they got around my “Yubikey”s.. I was using the 2 Yubikeys prior to the hack. I used them for all email accounts, my Apple ID, and everything I possibly could.. but these guys are VERY ADVANCED!!! Somehow, they got around my 2FA hardware keys. They even messed with my “phone key” to my car. They deleted my iCloud backup, and obviously any backup I make now would just be tainted by their malware. So, HOW do I keep my photos, calendars, contacts, etc?

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
