Hello,
If you have case on it, remove it and let everything dry out. Then you should be OK, Do not try to charge it in the meantime.
About splash, water, and dust resistance of iPhone 7 and later
Good luck.
Apple states all the 15s can tolerate submersion in water to 18 meters for up to 30 minutes. You're not wrong but I choose to use simple terms that are more clear to an end user worried about their phone. The OP said "29 seconds" Should be fine. I also agree don't use rice. I used to fix phones so I appreciate your comments.
Cheers
It's water proof you're good unless the phones damaged and leaking inside.

NO iPhone ever made is waterproof. iPhone is "water resistant" which is a big difference.
How is this statement "dropped in water for 29 seconds" related to this statement "Saying iPhone is findable".
What does one have to do with the other?
Why is the second statement relevant at all?
Maybe he meant like it still works.
