I don’t seem to have the nodding emoji on my iPhone SE (second gen)

All my friends and family both android and iPhone users have a nodding emoji but I don’t have it. Instead of being the emoji they typed on their phone these emojis come up “🙂↕️” when they text me it. I also have looked for the nodding emoji on my emoji keyboard but it wasn’t there.

I am on the newest iOS version as of this date (iOS 17)
