Hello!


It seems to me like you’re trying to view HDR (High Dynamic Range) video on a device that doesn’t support HDR. HDR content on a device that can’t display HDR often shows up as overexposed or pale.


Most people who record on their phones have HDR turned on by default and don’t turn it off for Social media causing some people to view their images or videos like how you have been.


If it’s only the images / videos that show up like that and not the whole screen I believe this is your issue. There’s no way to fix it other than getting a newer device that does support HDR.
