There is nothing anyone here can do for you. You bought a used iPhone, which could have been tampered with to make you believe you were getting one with decent Battery Health. As has already been suggested, the phone could be nearly 5 years old, so who knows what you really got? At 79% it now needs to have the battery replaced. Whether you can get Apple to do so, depends on whether the phone has been tampered with and if there are any unauthorized parts in the phone. If there are, Apple won't touch the phone.

Buying used iPhones from individuals is risky at best and could be a waste of money.

Are you asking about an iPhone 11?

If yes, your iPhone is at least 2 years old and as much as 5. Whoever had the phone before you was likely messing with the battery.

You bought a used device and don't know the history of the battery. If it showed 100% when you bought it then it had recently been replaced by someone and likely not a genuine battery that has failed. You may have a difficult time getting Apple to service the phone if it did have work done by an unauthorized repair site. They will know.
