Hey there! I'm having trouble downloading an app related to my son's childcare from the App Store. My wife has the same app on her iPhone, and our region settings are identical. Any ideas why?

When did she download it? It is possible it has been removed since she downloaded it.
Not that I think this is likely the solution but whenever there's an issue it doesn't hurt restarting your device. That can clear up odd issues.
