Initially the Apple Intelligence upgrade download was stuck on preparing for 10+ hours. I fixed the issue by resetting all of my settings using the reset function and was able to toggle Apple Intelligence on. However now it has been stuck downloading for the entire day so far with no features working on my phone as of yet. Hoping for a fix that will allow the features to begin to function soon.

iPhone 16 Pro Max, iOS 18
I got mine to work by changing region to UK and language to UK... the only way it works. When i switch back to US region and language US.. endless loop of downloading happens again. I left it in UK region for now until apple sends a fix update. They are aware but no resolution as of now.
Apple Intelligence worked on my iPhone 15 Pro before, but disappeared and is stuck on ‘Downloading support.’ I already tried all resets and updates but nothing changed pls help I think i ll sell my phone if I didn’t get fixed soon

What did Apple Support tell you?
What device are you using? After updating your phone to iOS 18.1 and resetting all of your settings the option still doesn’t even appear for Apple Intelligence under Siri?

You did not have to reset your phone, the backup had nothing to do with it.
Tried all the steps. Still cleanup tool is stuck downloading. Currently in 18.2. Please help.
