Fix Apple Intelligence Stuck Downloading

The same here I’ve been with technical support and they did a walk-through where they had to go on my screen and figure out the problem, but unfortunately the Apple Intelligence is still on download if anybody else is having this problem please just need some help to resolve the problem

Yesterday was the official Public release of 18.2... and it destroyed my Apple Intelligence! . It's been stuck on downloading at 0% for 15 hours now even though I'm using the same WiFi I've always used for updates (including the Beta updates that worked perfectly fine) and I'm on a new iPhone 16 Pro. I've tried all the suggestions (including the ridiculous ones) here on this thread to no avail. Don't know what to do now... any help would be greatly appreciated.

It’s unbelievable the main pitch for the 16 series was Apple intelligence. The phones don’t come with Apple Intelligence and you have to jump through all these hoops to get it… at least I got an 8th option to get to my camera! Btw the AI search with the Camera is horrendous.

This action has been successfully implemented. If you are located in the United States and have American settings enabled, please adhere to the instructions provided above. 

The download process was initiated promptly and completed within approximately five minutes. However, it is worth noting that a minor technical glitch occurred in the settings section, specifically between the location, language, and Apple Intelligence options. O_o

I have IOS 18.2.1 installed. My new iPhone 16 pro max is saying Apple intelligence downloading for 2 days. I tried others’ suggestions like change the region and back to US, change language and back to English. But no effect. How to solve this problem?

i just opened up my 16 pro, and when I go to apple intel and Siri, it’s already set to English (united states) so I clicked whatever the “get” button was and it’s said downloading for the past three days. But the rest of my family’s worked fine of course.

I'm chill, but when you tell people that switching to UK is not necessary, you have no clue what you are talking about because for some of us IT IS! So you are putting out false information, or at the very least misinformed to our situation. And how is it helpful to simply tell us to do the very first thing we've all tried first a dozen times!?

I just upgraded to 15.2 today and I downloaded apple intelligence capabilities like Image Playground. It was all working fine until another user used my Mac. It now says that it's downloading support in the apps that use apple intelligence although it says 100% downloaded in settings.

How do you even turn off Apple Intelligence? I don't have the button to switch it off.

Besides that, I have tried every single thing described in this thread and none of them worked.

Apple Intelligence worked on my iPhone 15 Pro before, but disappeared and is stuck on ‘Downloading support.’ I already tried all resets and updates but nothing changed pls help I think i ll sell my phone if I didn’t get fixed soon

What did Apple Support tell you?

I have the 16pro and it's been stuck on preparing for days...
