Refund denied for Duolingo free trial

I did free trial on Duolingo and it says they will send a reminder before the trial time finish but what happened is I never received any reminder but I received an invoice. I cancelled and asked for refund but have been denied. What can I do?

Charged for Duolingo Super that I cannot use nor refund I got charged during a free trial of Duolingo Super, which is fine since I did not cancel the subscription a day prior to the expiry date. The problem is I am not able to use Super now that the trial has ended, and they are asking me contact Apple for a refund. How do I get a refund for a Duolingo subscription on iPhone? I recently started a free trial and I started using the app for 3 days , then I started to dislike the method of learning and stopped using it and forgot to cancel the free trial, Now Duolingo has charged me 69.99 for a yearly subscription, I’m very unhappy with this as I haven’t got any email or anything to remind me that I still have this ongoing and I would like a refund or I will escalate this, when I was trying to cancel it on the 2nd/3rd day I was searching everywhere on the app and couldn’t find it , I tried to contact support however there is no email or way I can contact them directly, terrible customer service, they should’ve at least sent me an email reminder . Refund money by application called Duolingo Hi! This morning an aplication (Duolingo) made a purchase for 1 year subscription. I know 100% i clicked unsubscribe (after just 3 days of free trial period) but today the app made a purchase, and i pay 47.99$. I made refund request today, and i chose "Right of withddrawal" reason, because i dont know what to chose. How can i make sure that i will get back my money? Can someone help me please? (Sorry for my english)
