IPhone keypad not registering during IVR calls (e.g banking automation) then unable to be heard on call
I have never had this problem before. Whenever I call a call centre with IVR keystroke requirements (e.g “press 1 for customer service”) the keystroke does not register at all. Then if the IVR puts me through to a caller they cannot hear me.
iPhone 13 max pro
- I have restarted my phone
- I have updated my phone
- I have changed the incoming call banner to full screen as some fixes suggested
- I have pressed mute as some fixes suggested
- I have no carrier service updates
- I have the issue with any call centre that other phones don’t have an issue with.
- I can make normal phone calls with no issue
Please help.
