I can connect to the main page of the iTunes store and everything loads. Can see the top 10 songs, albums, etc. However if I click on anything, it brings me to a blank page. So I can't see the full chart or albums for pre-order, etc. iTunes is running on a Windows 10 PC and it seems to be an issue since downloading the latest update.

I was having this issue all month and resolved it today. I iTunes, Apple Music, and Apple TV+ installed from the Microsoft Store on Windows 11 prior to the fix. To resolve the issue, I uninstalled all of them and then reinstalled iTunes from the Microsoft Store. No reboots. iTunes is back to how it used to be before this issue.
I haven't tried reinstalling Apple Music and TV+ and probably won't until/unless I need them.
This is exactly my problem. For Movies and TV Shows, the search function works fine, but if I ever try to look at a specific movie or TV show, all I get is the black screen of death, even if I use the "Reload Page" command in the "Controls" menu. It's been going on at least a day, maybe more.
Adding my voice to the chorus. Went to buy my annual Christmas album from the ones that are on sale, and apparently Apple has developed an aversion to taking my money because no pages will load.
I can conduct individual searches for specific content, but curated areas of the store display a blank white page.

It's still broken for me this morning. Clicking any of the banners at the top leads me to a blank page, and clicking any album from the "Top" sections on the right leads to a page with no songs on it.
I started having this issue last week, when I was forced to migrate to Apple Music over iTunes!! Now iTunes won't even load my library, just keeps saying I have to use Apple Music. Barely anything will load on the store front. A few images and the rest is text you can't click. Clicking on an album from the store front shows NO tracks on the albums. If I search any band I get a white page is NO results. This is beyond annoying!! Am I going to have to move my purchases over to Amazon Music?? Getting fed up!
Still not resolved for me. I am on Windows. Because of the black pages for movies in iTunes I switched to the Apple TV app and Apple Music. And while the TV app is working fine, I still have problems with Apple music. when trying to open an album I still can't see any songs, as other people here have mentioned and taken screenshots of. Please fix this!! I have been using itunes for almost 20 years now and I never had any problems like this with iTunes.

I have the same issue on two different brand computers, one running Windows 10 and the other Windows 11. Started less than 2 days ago.
Chiming in to say I'm having the same problem as everyone else here. Immensely frustrating.
It has been days since this is going on!!! not with only me but with many others,,, and still NOTHING!! and not a PEEP from apple to fix this problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They never acknowledge a problem and it will take them months to fix it. In the meantime they are losing sales but they have so much money this won’t even be a blip on the radar screen
I'm having the same issue that started around the same time. I tried a repair installation of the app and clearing the iTunes store cache under the Advanced Settings and neither helped.
Same here. Started a week ago. Removing/reinstalling iTunes doesn't help. Window 11, brand new Alienware about two weeks old. 32GB RAM, 2TB NvME, I9. Resources aren't the problem.
Unfortunately not enough of us to spur them into action. They move at their own speed(slow) anyway
I'm having the same issue with iTunes on Windows 10 machine at home and my Mac with Apple Music at work.
I have to wonder if maybe Apple isn’t intentionally dragging their feet on this, because they are so utterly hyper focused on shoving subscriptions to Apple Music down our throats.
