Blank pages in iTunes store

I was having this issue all month and resolved it today. I iTunes, Apple Music, and Apple TV+ installed from the Microsoft Store on Windows 11 prior to the fix. To resolve the issue, I uninstalled all of them and then reinstalled iTunes from the Microsoft Store. No reboots. iTunes is back to how it used to be before this issue.

I haven't tried reinstalling Apple Music and TV+ and probably won't until/unless I need them.

This completely worked for me. I uninstalled Apple Music and reinstalled iTunes from the Microsoft Store and I was able to access the old iTunes store and my iTunes library as I have had for years now. I've uninstalled iTunes multiple times and reinstalled it and issues galore. I was literally forced into Apple Music recently because all my library was moved over there and the iTunes store in Apple Music reverted back to the multiple blank pages I was encountering earlier in November.

I'm so GLAD I have my old iTunes back. It's been a harrowing journey of insanity!

If you are on Windows and you have Apple Music, Apple TV, or Apple Devices apps installed then iTunes will give you that message about not being able to manage Music, Videos, etc. If you uninstall all three of those apps and reboot then iTunes should go back to being able to manage Music, Videos, etc.

I found this file in the iTunes folder that I have not seen before.

iTunes Library Extras.itdb-mj7BD326917

I placed it in a folder called aaaa

iTunes still worked OK and the white screen problem went away.

I have left the weird file in the aaaa folder for now and will delete it if iTunes works OK for a while/

The aaaa folder was just any name I used for the file just to identify it. I kept the file's name intact though.

I hope it works for all of you on many forums out there as Apple have not responded to the problem.

I removed Apple Music and reinstalled from the Microsoft Store and it is still not displaying any songs in the iTunes Store. I wound up having to remove Apple Music, Apple TV, and Apple Devices apps on Windows 11 and then install the older iTunes app from the Microsoft Store, and that seems to work fine, so I guess I'll go back to using that until I can't anymore, and hopefully they'll have the Apple Music app fixed by then.

If you are on Windows and you have Apple Music, Apple TV, or Apple Devices apps, then iTunes will tell you it can no longer handle your Music, Videos, etc. iTunes will continue to do that until all 3 of those apps (Music, TV, Devices) are removed from the system and you reboot -- then iTunes goes back to normal.

I am having the same issue w/ my PC itunes account, 'Black Screen' been having the same issue since 31 Oct.

loophole for purchasing though: i'm buying on an Ipad movie app and accessing the downloads on the PC by Account/Purchase in order to download

I am having the same problem. I'm using Windows 11 23H3 on one system and Windows 11 24H2 on another system.

Both systems have the latest iTunes on them.

Why is it that Apple / iTunes will not allow you to roll back to the previous version of iTunes that worked with out having to re download all the content because it has been in the library of the upgraded version of iTunes?

In my case it's 300GB and takes forever to download again!

This is the final event for me. I am sick and tired of the problems with iTunes. I'm off and going to purchase the actual items rather than downloads.

Well done Apple for being the main reason actual Vinyl, CD.s, Tapes & the other stuff is returning.

i have the same problem. It seems to revolve around the see all function and when you click on it all you get is a blank screen. What a screw up with something so basic. They are going to lose sales as people can’t buy what they can’t see and in typical Apple fashion god knows how long before they fix it

works normally for Music and Audiobooks, but when I click on Movies, TV

I have a similar problem on Macbook, except that NOTHING loads. When I click to open the iTunes store, I get the little buffer symbol for several seconds, and then it goes away, leaving behind a completely blank page. My library works fine, but I haven't been able to open the iTunes store for months.

I'm having the same problem. Haven't updated my Windows in a long time (unless forced to). I buy songs every week, but when I want to see more than the Top 10 Songs, it goes to a full white blank page! Fix this, Apple!!!
