Importing from Iphone to Mac NOT WORKING
Having trouble importing from photos (videos and pictures) from iphone to macbook. Iphone is up to date (IOS 18.1) and so is Macpro (Sequoia 15.1).
MacBook Air 13″, macOS 15.1
Are you using iCloud or USB cable? or both?
What have you done so far? Have you re-booted the Mac? Have you executed a forced re-start on the phone?

Do you have "Optimize Storage" turned on with your phone or your iMac?
