Does Apple store answers to security question in secure encrypted format (i.e. bcrypt)?

Does Apple store answers to security question for any accounts which has not enabled 2FA in secure encrypted format (i.e. bcrypt)? I'm asking this because I have a personal account where I know the password but forgot the answers to the security questions, and attempts to reset the security questions result in "Unable to Reset Apple ID Security Questions due to insufficient information". As long as I keep getting the error, my computer rage gets nearer to the point of going out of control.

I fear that I may had used passwords as the answers and I'd need to change the answers immediately.
