I bought a Av adapter and when I plug the lightning in my phone it says that the accessory can’t be used because it requires too much power.
How can I fix it ?

Then I suggest that you get the Apple Lightning Digital AV Adapter for this purpose.

What is the make & model of this adapter? What are you connecting your iPhone to with this adapter? Is it MFi-certified?

I have just encountered the same issue after updating my iPhone 14 to 18.1.1. My adaptor is MFI certified and has been working for more than a year without any problem.
