Turning on illuminating lights for Siri in iOS 18.1

Does anyone know how to turn on the illuminating lights that goes around the edges of your screen when you converse with Siri?

That’s a feature of Apple Intelligence. You have to turn it on in Siri & Apple Intelligence.
