Unable to switch between camera lenses while recording a video on IPhone 13

I just realized that I can’t switch cameras when i start recording a video at 4k 60fps.

ex: if i start recording a video at 3x. The camera locks at the 77mm lens. And Im unable to go below the 3x (to the 26mm lens). Meanwhile when i switch my camera to HD 60fps. I can switch lenses. Please if this is an issue update it and fix it.

iPhone camera/video stuck on switching lenses When I open the camera app, it immediately starts switching between the 3 cameras (iPhone 14 Pro). I am unable to take any picture or video at the moment. I’ve tried playing around with the Lock Lense setting but that doesn’t seem to help

Camera switching in between video/ taking photo why does iphone camera change the camera being used without even telling the user. I was using my 11 pro for 3 years and few months back the main camera lens’ OIS was broken and was voicey and even tough the other lenses where fine i was not able to use the camera due to my iphone thinking it still gives better photo in the broken camera lens and not the telephoto lens or wide camera lens. why is the software automatically switching it rather than not able to select it over lens zoom now even in my new device 14 pro, it is so annoying when the switching happens to a wide or telephoto and messing up the aperture and starting to show noice and grains while i shoot at low light situations
