i looked there no help. How can I watch prime again?

Your post might suggest that you are not knowingly using a VPN connection?
Are you using any kind of Security Apps (such as Norton or MacAfee) with your iPad? if so, this may be using a VPN connection. If applicable, disable or remove the associated App from your iPad.
If you are not using any Security Apps with your iPad, check to see if you have enabled Apple's Private Relay service. If active, while not a VPN, this can sometimes cause issues with streaming services:
Settings > iCloud > [iCloud+ Features] Private Relay > Private Relay - set to OFF

Go to setting and in the first panel, see if VPN appears below "battery". If it does, toggle it off. If you don't see VPN, then the advice you have received from others may apply. But you should start here first, as it's the most obvious.
