How can I adjust Ringtone Volume on my iPhone 11 Pro?

Hi I have an iPhone 11 pro. When I get a call the ring tone is a bit faint. If I press the side volume button (up or down) it stops the ring tone, but the call is still waiting to be answered. I'm sure that in the past pressing the volume button has changed the ring volume. I have changed the volume settings in sounds and haptics but to no avail. it's like the vol up and down have reprogrammed themselves HELP!

Hi, Tried all the settings but to no avail :-) Spoke to Apple Tech Support, they were very helpful but couldn't solve. However they believe that it's a corrupted setup that may have happened when I transferred it from the old phone. They suggested that I do a backup then a complete factory reset. Fingers crossed.

One thing I didn't put in the first post was that this only affects the ringing tone, all other sound volumes are fine!!

Settings > Sounds & Haptics

When it’s adjusted there no matter how much you lower your phone it will respond to what you setup in the settings. Try adjusting it from the settings.
