Left airpod chirping using as hearing aids

The chirp seems to start as soon as 1st “noise” detected once they are in. I have tried reloading my hearing test results, reset to default all hearing aid parameters to no avail. The chirping happens watching TV, or having a conversation - basically whenever in use. Other than the chirp everything work’s great. But the chirping is enough to take them out.

i also just reset my airpods and reconnected and it is still chirping.
