iTunes Apple Store wont load when i click "See All"

When I open the store function from my iTunes on my PC everything loads in, but then if i click "See All" under any catagory it brings me to an empty page that never loads.

I have tried reseting the cache under "Preferences>Advanced" which only makes the initial page take longer to load, but still nothing when I click "See All" (doesn't matter if its "New Music" "Holiday Hits" "Today's Hits" or anything else. Nothing loads)

This has been the case for a week or so
