I just purchase Iphone 14 for a relative who is blind, I did not know what i setup, now all icons and every number, letters on the key pads has a little number at the top left. Please help to get rid of it

You've probably activated Voice Control: Use Voice Control on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. To hide the numbers, disable "Overlay" in Settings > Accessibility > Voice Control.

I’m not certain what was enabled here. Maybe related to Switch Control?
