Family recently purchased two Pro Maxes and one pro. Calls on two of the three phones often sound like fighting robots even after troubleshooting (even in person troubleshooting for the Pro). Screen freezes randomly on the Pro Max.
Certain apps crash on first start as well. The phone is not usable on a console basis. Anyone know if there are fixes coming? The general power cycle and refresh signal, etc. haven’t worked for any sustained amount of time.
No one on here can tell you if fixes are coming but you can assume if the issues are known to Apple and affect enough devices they are working on a fix. When that would arrive no one can say until it’s announced or an update releases that lists those issues as being addressed. If you haven’t contacted Apple Support directly about this or visited your local Apple Store or authorized repair facility it would be a good idea to do so. They can inspect your device and provide options available such as replacing the device if needed
