Tap Settings > Wi-Fi

Is Wi-Gi "grayed out" so you cannot turn it on or off?

Tap Settings > Bluetooth

Is Bluetooth "grayed out" so you cannot turn it on or off?

If yes to both questions, the chip that provides Wi-Fi and Bluetooth services has failed and the phone will need to be serviced at the Apple Store or an authorized Apple service shop.

They brought out new iphone within 5 minutes. i managed to set all up and today i have an appointment to see what is going on "old new phone". Im worried because phone was purchased 3 weeks ago in USA so i dont know how much help will i get...
